Our first time buying a house was not great. We were a little nervous to do this again. Justin was amazing. He answered all our questions. Sometimes numerous times to reassure me. He was always available and help me personally deal with my anxiety.
Husband and I high fived each other and celebrated when our first new payment came out. Justin really made the experience seamless. Thanks! I hate this process (so so much) and hate having to renew again in the future but looking forward to working with your company and Justin again.

I was joint owner of a house with my brother and he wanted to sell the house and I wanted to keep the house. As a compromise, we decided to transfer his half the mortgage to me, so I could become sole owner of the house. We reached out to our lender/bank, and they clearly did not have any expertise in scenarios such as this. Our bank was not helpful providing a solution for us.

I was closing on my first home purchase in November. Everything was set and ready to go. But the day before final closing, the lender my previous broker secured decided to withdraw on the agreed amount I signed for. It was living nightmare! I thought I was going to lose my deposits and my home.
With the builder having granted me an extension, I had little time to secure a new mortgage. My lawyer’s associate referred me to Garland Mortgage Solutions to assist and I’m so happy she did.
Jordan worked quickly to process my mortgage application and provide me with a list of options to review. By taking the time to listen to my situation, he was able to find the best mortgage options that worked for me. I was joint owner of a house with my brother and he wanted to sell the house and I wanted to keep the house. Walid and Jordan are great at what they do. They are very diligent in discussing all available options (fixed vs variable, lenders, etc.) and key considerations. Most importantly I felt they were always available to answer my questions whether via email or call (and I am a very inquisitive person).

One of the true appeals of working with a broker is availability, and they both worked tirelessly to return our texts and emails in near instant fashion. On top of that, they were incredibly informative and able to answer any question we had throughout the process (which was inevitable as first time buyers). Cannot recommend Garland Mortgages enough.

Mortgage approval is always a critical procedure. Our First ever experience of buying new home with Garland mortgage was awesome. Walid was there at every knock and corner to walk us through with his precious advices. Every thing went smoothly. My husband and I had many queries which were answered sagaciously by Walid. Even on Sundays he was there working for us. He was on vacations and I was bugging him and he was gladly helping us out. We recently worked with Walid and his team at Garland Mortgage Solutions for a mortgage on our first home in Canada. We were blown away by the service Walid offered us.
