Let me start off by saying: Walid and Jordan are amazing! Absolute professional gems. They are my real life superheroes in my home ownership story.I was closing on my first home purchase in November. Everything was set and ready to go. But the day before final closing, the lender my previous broker secured decided to withdraw on the agreed amount I signed for. It was living nightmare! I thought I was going to lose my deposits and my home.With the builder having granted me an extension, I had little time to secure a new mortgage. My lawyer’s associate referred me to Garland Mortgage Solutions to assist and I’m so happy she did.Jordan worked quickly to process my mortgage application and provide me with a list of options to review. Mortgage approval is always a critical procedure. Our First ever experience of buying new home with Garland mortgage was awesome.
