All our clients, realtors and referral partners are automatically enrolled in the program. To participate, simply refer new clients to us. Ensure that your referrals mention your name during their mortgage application process.
The trip must be booked a minimum of 72 hours prior to the departure date.
A referral is qualified when a new client, referred by you, successfully completes a mortgage application and approval process with us. The referral is only counted once the mortgage is finalized. It must be a mortgage product, empty line of credits do not qualify.
The threshold is calculated based on the total value of the mortgages finalized from your referrals. Each referral’s mortgage amount is added to your cumulative total, moving you closer to the threshold.
The travel credit is sent to you within 30 days after you reach the referral threshold.
Yes, for each referral you will be sent a $250 gift card of your choice as per our referral program.
There is no limit, the more referrals the better.
Credits are only awarded for successful referrals. If a referral cancels or defaults on their mortgage, it will not count towards your referral threshold.
Yes, you will be assigned a voucher number and that number will be transferable up until booking.

No, the travel credit voucher cannot be split into smaller amounts or used for multiple transactions. It must be used in a single trip. This is to ensure simplicity in managing the rewards and to provide a significant benefit for each milestone reached in the program.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the Travel Referral Program (“Program”) offered by Garland Mortgage. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Redeeming Travel Vouchers
Travel vouchers awarded through the Program must be redeemed exclusively with our travel advisor, April Hill, accessible via https://aprilhale.com/. Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the advisor and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless explicitly stated.
Travel vouchers must be booked a minimum of 72 hours prior to the departure date and used on one trip.
*Note* You have one year until the end of the following year to redeem your travel credit voucher. This gives you plenty of time to plan the perfect getaway or dream vacation!
3. Mortgage Miles Rewards Program
The Mortgage Miles Rewards Program is an incentive initiative for Garland Mortgage clients, realtors, and referral partners. Participation is automatic upon referring new business. Credits are accrued based on the value of the mortgages referred and can lead to mortgage credits upon reaching specified thresholds.
4. Participation
All clients, realtors, and referral partners are eligible to participate. Participation involves referring new clients to Garland Mortgage, ensuring the referred clients mention the referrer’s name during their mortgage application process.
5. Referral Qualification
A referral qualifies when a new client, referred by a participant, completes a mortgage application and approval process with Garland Mortgage. Only finalized mortgages are counted towards the referral threshold. Lines of credit are not eligible.
6. Referral Threshold and Rewards
The referral threshold is calculated based on the total value of finalized mortgages from referrals. Upon reaching a $1,500,000 referral threshold, participants receive a travel credit within 30 days. There is no limit to the amount of mortgage credit one can earn.
7. Travel Credit
Travel credits cannot be used in conjunction with a $250 gift card awarded per referral.
8. Cancellations and Defaults
Credits are awarded for successful referrals only. If a referral cancels or defaults on their mortgage, it will not count towards the participant’s referral threshold.
9. Tracking Progress
Participants may track their progress towards the referral threshold by emailing info@GarlandMortgage.ca.
10. General Conditions
Garland Mortgage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Decisions by Garland Mortgage regarding the Program and its benefits are final.
11. Limitation of Liability
Garland Mortgage is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the Program or the acceptance, possession, or use of any rewards.
