Walid hails from Port Credit, Mississauga, and pursued his studies in economics at McMaster University. After four years at TD, he transitioned to the mortgage broker channel, where he thrived under a high-producing team for another four years. However, his own mortgage business took off between 2019 and 2021, prompting him to establish Garland Mortgage in December 2021, dedicated to assisting countless clients on their real estate journeys.
Walid’s forte lies in solving intricate mortgage puzzles that often stump others in his field, earning him respect and endorsements from numerous referral partners and colleagues alike.

A devoted Buffalo Bills fan, Walid holds season tickets and is determined to visit all 32 NFL football stadiums, with eight already crossed off his list. He eagerly anticipates ticking off more in 2024, fueled by his fervent hope for a Bills Super Bowl appearance.
